  1. How can I save money on Grocery Products?
    CouponQueen.com offers a simple and easy way to get great grocery coupons. You can select grocery coupons of your choice up to $1,000 ($50 max per order). These coupons can than be redeemed at your local supermarket.
  2. How do I receive my coupons?
    When you sign up for our free trial offer or an annual membership, you will receive Susan's Supershopping DVD via mail. In addition, your coupon order(s) will arrive separately in the mail after you have created an order.
  3. Why sign up for the Coupon Program?
    We have been around for 25 years and we know coupons! We only keep the best coupons and always have enough to fill your order right away. Plus, we have the cheapest pricing compared to all other websites (when you sign up for our annual membership). We are also the only coupon program that allows you to accrue coupons each month, earn additional coupons with our points program, and donate coupons to US troops.
  4. When will I receive my coupons?
    Your coupons will be typically be mailed out within a few days from when they are ordered. At certain times during the month we experience very high volume of orders and your order may be delayed. If for any reason the coupons you receive have a shorter then expected expiration date, please let us know.
  5. How often can I order?
    We have several different coupons programs. In our legacy program, you can order either once or twice a month (depending on your membership). Our new and improved coupon program allows you to make unlimited orders each month up to your available coupon allotment (which is displayed on your dashboard).
  6. Is there a minimum number of coupons that I must select?
    In our legacy program, there is a minimum of $25 worth of coupons, plus 15 backup coupons. In our new and improved program, the minimum is $5.
  7. Is there a maximum number of coupons that I can select?
    In our legacy program the maximum per order amount is $25. In our new and improved program, the maximum is $50 per order.
  8. Do the coupons have an expiration date?
    Yes, the expiration date is set by the manufacturer and there will generally be at least 14 days left on the expiration date by the time you receive it, but this will vary.
  9. I have selected my coupons and I don't see the order button?
    Once you select $25 ($5 in the new and improved program) worth of coupons (or slightly more) you will see a "Proceed" button inside the coupon counter on the right hand side of the page. The button only appears after you reach $25 ($5 for the new and improved program) in coupons.
  10. Where can I use these?
    As long as the supermarket or drugstore accepts coupons you can use them.
  11. How much does it cost?
    If you choose our free trial. The first $25 in coupons are free, after the trial period ends you will billed $59.95 for the year. You will be able to order coupons of your choice each month, plus receive Susan's supershopping DVD. In addition you will have access to all membership areas. The charge goes to cover the handling, processing, and other non-coupon fees. This is a recurring charge and will only be cancelled once your membership is terminated.
  12. Is my billing information secure?
    Yes. All your information during checkout is secured with SSL using strong 128 bit, 56 bit or 40 bit encryption depending upon your browsers capability. SSL encrypts all the information exchanged between you and Select Coupon Program while in transit, which means that personal information and credit card details cannot be viewed by outside parties. In addition we encrypt all credit card data and are PCI Compliant.
  13. What else do I get with a Premium Membership?
    You get access to all of the membership services on our site, including our supermarket circular system, Susan's savings guide, top 100 freebie sites, exclusive coupon and refunding tips and much more.
  14. How do I cancel?
    To cancel your account simply log in. Click on the "My Account" tab and then select "Cancel".
  15. Return/Refund Policy
    You can cancel your membership at any time. We do not offer any refunds (except for those placed with CBS local offers), but your account will remain active for the remainder of the paid period.  Make sure to cancel before the next recurring billing charge to avoid future charges. *Note: All cancellations must be done online. To cancel your account simply visit Couponqueen.com, log in to your account using your email as the username and the password you created at signup. Once logged in, click on my account, confirm your password and then click on the "Cancel" button, complete the required information and hit submit.
  16. If I upgrade will I be entitled to accrued coupons for missed orders?
    No, coupon accruing is tracked based on membership type. Coupon carry over will only apply to the date you upgraded your plan.
  17. How do I send coupons to my friends?
    To send coupons to your friends, log into your account, visit your dashboard and click on the button "Send to Friends". On this screen you will be asked to enter in your friends mailing and email address. Once you enter their information, you will have the option to select the coupons OR send them our most popular ones. Your friend will receive an email letting them know the order was mailed out. They will receive the coupons in the mail a few days later. We respect their privacy and do not send them any further communication unless you request a future order be sent to them.
  18. How do I donate coupons to US troops?
    To donate coupons to US troops, login and visit your dashboard. Click on the button "Send to Troops", you will be prompted for a dollar amount. At the end of the current or following month (depending on order date) we will send the coupons to our Troops in different locations around the world.
  19. Are coupons sent to troops tax deductible?
    We are not tax specialists, but coupons typically do not have any monetary value. Please consult with your tax professional for more on this subject.
  20. How do Coupon Alerts works?
    You can choose to opt-in into coupon alerts. Coupon alerts are weekly, bi-weekly or monthly emails that contain our newest coupons. To opt-in, visit your dashboard and click the opt-in button.
  21. How do ordering reminders work?
    Coupon reminders are monthly emails that remind you to log into our site and place a coupon order. To opt-in, visit your dashboard and click the opt-in button.
Coupon Queen Points
  1. How does Coupon Queen Points Work?
    Coupon Queen Points is a fun and easy way to earn free grocery coupons. You earn points by completing "actions", for example, posting a positive comment about couponqueen.com on a discussion board or blog. Or by "Liking Us" on Facebook. For each action you complete you will earn points. Once you reach 25 points or more, you will be able to place your first coupon order.  Each 25 points is valid for up to $25 in free coupons.
    Note: To participate you must have an active account on couponqueen.com, if not, you can sign up for a free account at any time. Additional limitations apply.
  2. What are the different "Actions" and how many points do I earn for each action?
    Earning points is easy. Complete an action and instantly earn points. The different actions are: Facebook Like, Tweet, Google +1, Forum/Blog post, Facebook page comment, completing a Survey or referring friends.

    Google +1 = 5 points
    Tweet = 5 points
    Facebook like = 5 points
    Forum/ Blog Post =10 points
    Survey = 10 points
    Refer a friend = 5 points per friend
  3. How does the Forum / Blog post work?
    In order to successfully complete the forum/blog post action, you must visit a forum or blog at another site and post something positive about couponqueen.com. Of course we do not encourage spam, so please make your comment or post relevant to the particular board you are posting on.
  4. How many coupons can I earn?
    You can earn a maximum of $100 in coupons and each order is $25 in coupons. You can place a new order every 30 days (assuming you have 25 or more active points, active points are "unused points").
  5. Can I have Multiple Accounts?
    No. Only one account per household. Multiple accounts will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of points.
  6. How often can I order coupons?
    You can place an order every 30 days.
  7. What kind of coupons can I get?
    Couponqueen.com has hundreds of different coupons. Our selection changes daily and covers almost every type of product in the supermarket.
  8. Why was one of my actions rejected?
    There are a few reasons why an action might be rejected. The most common reason is that it does not fulfill the intended the purpose of the action. Additionally, spam comments, false email addresses, or not completing an action in good faith will result in a rejection.
  9. Forfeiture?
    It is important to note that any abuse or misuse of the Coupon Queen points system will result in immediate and permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of points..

    There are thousands of grocery stores in the United States. We couldn't possibly have information from every store, but we do try to get the most popular and well know stores.   6. What does the "Get it Now" button do?
    When browsing the sales items, www.couponqueen.com matches available printable and Select Coupon Program coupons to the corresponding sale items. The "Get it Now" button allows you to add the coupon in question to your cart. If you are already a Select Coupon Program member, the coupon will automatically be add to your cart, if you are not yet a member, please complete the registration to get the desired coupon.
  7. Are the printable coupons free?
    Yes, if you see a printable coupons link next to an item, click on the link and print the coupon. It is 100% free!
  8. How do I add an item that is not on sale to my grocery list?
    To manually add an item to your grocery list, click on the "View" link in your dashboard, enter the item name in the text section called "Add Your Own Item" of the page and hit "Add to List".
  9. How do I save items to a list?
    To save a sale item to your list, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the right hand side of the item. To remove or update quantity, go to your grocery list by clicking "View" in your dashboard.
  10. Where can I find my saved items?
    All of the items saved can be found in your grocery list by clicking "View" in your dashboard.
  11. How do I manage my list?
    Managing your list is very easy. Simply click on "View" in your dashboard to access your grocery list and use the icons on the right hand side of the item to remove or editt quantity.
  12. What are expired items on my grocery list?
    Expired items are products that you added to your cart that are not longer on sale.
  13. Can I print my list?
    Yes, simply click on the "Print Out List" on your grocery list page.
  14. Can I email my grocery list to myself?
    Yes, simply click on the email list link and enter the email address you would like to send the list to.
